The founder of the firm, Attorney Steven A. Bagen, was raised in the Albany, New York area, and relocated to Florida in the early 1980's to begin practicing personal injury law. He then began the firm Steven A. Bagen & Associates, P.A. with concentration in personal injury matters only.

For over two decades the firm has served thousands of clients throughout North and Central Florida, including the major metropolitan areas of greater Jacksonville, Gainesville/Ocala, and greater Orlando and Daytona.

Over those 20 years the firm has concentrated exclusively on personal injury cases involving auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, aviation accidents, injuries and deaths from prescription drugs, nursing home abuse, products liability injuries, etc.... Most clients prefer that their cases be settled without litigation, but if the insurance companies will not settle, the firm's Litigation Department handles litigation and trials in all state courts.
